Why Is Ergonomics Crucial for Gamers on Reddit?
According to a study published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science, poor posture and inadequate seating can lead to musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in individuals who engage in extended periods of gaming or computer use (Kim et al., 2017). The right gaming chair can provide the necessary support for the spine, promote healthy posture, and enhance comfort, which is especially important during long gaming sessions.

Additionally, maintaining poor posture can result in chronic pain conditions, such as lower back pain, neck strain, and repetitive strain injuries.
